Đặt vấn đề: Thực hành nuôi dưỡng tĩnh mạch an toàn đã được các hiệp hội về Dinh dưỡng trên toàn thế giới khuyến nghị trong nhiều năm liền nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng điều trị cho người bệnh. Tuy nhiên ở Việt Nam hiện còn chưa có một hướng dẫn hoặc quy trình chung về vấn đề này được ban hành trên phạm vi toàn quốc. Do đó quá trình chỉ định dinh dưỡng tĩnh mạch của đối tượng lâm sàng còn nhiều sai sót. Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi nhằm đánh giá kiến thức nuôi dưỡng tĩnh mạch của các bác sỹ ngoại khoa-hồi sức tại bệnh viện Hữu Nghị Việt Đức năm 2022
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Phỏng vấn 140 bác sĩ điều trị bằng bộ câu hỏi khảo sát việc nuôi dưỡng tĩnh mạch.
Kết quả: Tỷ lệ trả lời đúng các câu hỏi dao động từ 17.9% đến 63.6%, hầu hết chỉ có 50% số đối tượng trả lời đúng câu hỏi. Tuy nhiên trên thực hành chỉ 43.6% đối tượng đã gặp các biến chứng nuôi dưỡng tĩnh mạch.
Kết luận: Kiến thức chung về nuôi dưỡng tĩnh mạch còn hạn chế. Nhưng trên thực hành, tần suất các biến chứng liên quan đến nuôi dưỡng tĩnh mạch chiểm tỷ lệ phần nhỏ (khoảng 43,6%).

Abstract
Introduction: The safe practice of parenteral nutrition has been recommended by nutrition societies worldwide for many years to ensure the quality of treatment for patients. However, a official guideline or protocol on this issue in Vietnam is not yet implemented. Therefore, there are some errors in giving the indication of intravenous nutrition by clinicians. This study aimed to assess the knowledge of indication of parenteral nutrition by doctors of Vietduc University Hospital in 2022.
Materials and methods: 140 clinical doctors were interviewed by the questionnaires on parenteral nutrition
Results: The rate of correct answers to the questions ranged from 17.9% to 63.6%, about 50% of the doctors answered the questions correctly. 43.6% of doctors have encountered complications related to their own indications for parenteral nutrition.
Conclusion: General knowledge about parenteral nutrition is limited. However, in clinical practice, the complication related to indication of parenteral nutrition complications is accounted for a small percentage (about 43.6%).
